We stayed at Bugglie top in Ferienlenk Mountain Village for a few nights and it was perfect. The apartment was beautifully designed and well-furnished with a stunning mountain view. The Jacuzzi was fantastic and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The place had everything we needed, including plenty of beds and bathrooms. Highly recommended for big families and anyone looking to enjoy Switzerland.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Location was unbeatable, and we had a really amazing stay for family vacation. Thanks to amiable and expert staff. They offered easy check-in. Made own meals in a fully-fitted kitchen. We could see garden from our window...

Our stay in this apartment was absolutely amazing! We were pleasantly surprised when we were given a free upgrade to a three-bedroom apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and it was a bonus to have a laundry room in the apartment. The staff was kind, friendly, and always ready to help. We found it convenient to have a supermarket, pharmacy, bakeries, and restaurants nearby.
The check-in and check-out process was a bit confusing, especially if you arrive after 7 pm. There is no one at the check-in desk, and the keys are spread across a table, so you have to find yours.

The decoration of the hotel was lovely, with warm colors and cozy furniture that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. The hotel had ramps and elevators which made it convenient to navigate, and the staff always offered their assistance with a smile.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a larger selection of activities and entertainment options specifically catered to our age group. It would have been nice to have some gentle exercise classes or social gatherings for us to enjoy.
